Quality Improvement Plan
Each year, we submit a Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) to Health Quality Ontario. A QIP outlines how our organization is working to improve the care we provide. It describes our improvement goals, the actions we will take to achieve them, and how we will measure progress.
Compliance with the QIP is overseen by the Quality Improvement Committee, and the plan is reviewed and approved annually by the Board of Directors. It reflects our ongoing commitment to quality improvement, equity, and accountability to the community.
