The Ottawa Newcomer Clinic (formally The Wellness Centre) serves government assisted refugees (GARs). The clinic initiates the medical screening process, attends to clients' urgent medical needs and does some short term follow-up. Programs include but are not limited to: TB, well-women , immunization and flu clinics. The Newcomer Clinic also assists with connecting clients to primary healthcare providers within their community.
The Newcomer Clinic is open Monday's 1-5 PM and Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM

Fresh fruit and vegtables are available once a month through SWCHC. Boxes are available in the following sizes, $10, $15, or $20. Registration is required for the Good Food Box program. For more information please call Emily at 613-238-8210 ext. 2250.
