Living Well with COPD: Exercise and Self-Management Program
Offers community-based services to individuals living with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) in Ottawa. The program is designed to decrease the impact of COPD on individuals and health care resources by providing objective diagnosis, self-management skills and on-going follow-up in order for patients to better control their COPD - all through quality, evidence-based care. Clients will receive an initial assessment by a Respiratory Therapist who is also a Certified Respiratory Educator (RRT/CRE).
