SWCHC Community Support Workers offer Practical Assistance, Crisis Intervention, Service Navigation, Emotional Support, Advocacy and Referrals.
We further specialize in culturally and linguistically affirming practical and mental health supports for Chinese, Cambodian, Vietnamese, and Black communities.
Our culturally affirming community supports are free to access.
Appointment-based services are available.
