About this Program

Counseling for individuals available by appointment or through walk-in services.

Our counselling services prioritize individuals without private insurance and those living with limited resources.  Counselling sessions and groups are culturally centered and affirming, and address issues and concerns such as: anxiety and depression, grief and loss, anger management, intergenerational, family and peer relationship distress, self-esteem, racial trauma, oppression and microaggression, chronic pain and/or chronic illness, burnout, migration and displacement, life transitions, etc.

Specific counseling and mental health supports, offered though a By Us - For Us lens, are also available for the Chinese, Vietnamese, and Black communities.
