About this Program

Walk-in and appointment-based counseling services to help with a wide range of issues. Counseling available in English and Mandarin. Mental Health support and service navigation available in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.


Counselling sessions are culturally centered and affirming, and address issues and concerns such as: anxiety and depression, grief and loss, anger management, intergenerational, family and peer relationship distress, self-esteem, racial trauma, oppression and microaggression, chronic pain and/or chronic illness, burnout, migration and displacement and life transitions. Our services are provided through a By Us, For Us lens - Counsellors understand the familial, cultural, and societal realities that impact emotional & physical wellness.


We will also utilize interpretation services when needed (interpretation services available in 170+ languages).


Walk-in Counseling sessions, for individuals and families, available through the Walk-in Counselling Clinic (Tuesdays).
