As soon as we learned of the cyber incident, precautionary measures were taken including turning off our wi-fi and network. We also immediately retained cyber security experts to contain the issue and investigate.

Our investigation indicates there has been unauthorized access to parts of our IT Environment network. We are working with external cybersecurity experts to understand the scope of the incident, including which systems and data may be affected.

Progress is being made in restoring access to systems and services through a phased approach.

While we are working as quickly as possible, it is important that we thoroughly understand the situation. We are dedicating all necessary resources to resolve this situation swiftly and effectively.

We appreciate your continued patience and support as we work through this process carefully and responsibly. We will provide updates as we are in a position to do so.
