​Restoration from a cybersecurity incident.

 

As of Thursday, May 21st, our programs and services are operational. Staff will communicate directly with clients if there are any exceptions.   

 

Our investigation indicates there has been unauthorized access to parts of our IT Environment. We continue to work with cybersecurity experts to understand the scope of the incident, including which systems and data may be affected. 

 

We are working closely with lawyers who specialize in cybersecurity and privacy to ensure we comply with applicable privacy laws. If it is determined that personal information was affected by this incident, we will act in accordance with applicable law.
